- Projects Management
- Responsible for all HVAC & Mechanical Installation work
- Take the technical lead in the implementation of projects
- Monitor quality performance according to standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist to improve results and to implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Control systems on client project site
- Recheck the design drawings assuring its compatibility with the Standards & all Authorities’(MEW, KFB, MPW) regulations
- Selecting suitable HVAC & Mechanical Equipment
- Following up preparations of the HVAC & Mechanical Shop drawings with the draftsmen assuring that it's coordinated with the site conditions
- Following up preparations of composite drawings for all MEP services with coordination with the Electrical project engineer, complete with full Study of the Structure & Architectural Layouts to assure soft work execution at site
- Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, project drawings, document control logs, customer, client and Subcontractor correspondence
- Following up Materials Procurement including Enquiries, technical and financial comparison sheets of Suppliers’ proposals, making sure its compliance with contract documents & Ordering them after getting the Consultant’s approval with our procurement engineers
- Study and make value engineering and technical proposals
- Budget control for the required Materials
- Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the projects, chairing as appropriate
- Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to operations and maintenance personnel for issues on HVAC systems. Support faculty, consultants and field technicians as required and creating an analysis and resolution on system problems

- Preparing the HVAC & Mechanical Shop drawings complete with all required coordinators.
- Full Material Procurement including Inquiries, Comparison sheets & Orders after getting the Consultant approval.
- Getting all the shop drawings & Materials approvals from the consultant Engineer.
- Submitting and getting the approvals from the Governmental authorities such as MEW & KFB.
- Doing the necessary Calculations.such as, Cooling load, Hydraulic calculations to recheck the Chilled Water Pumps Head & Static pressure drop for A/C Units & Fans capacity etc...
- Review and study all project documents
- Responsible for all HVAC & Mechanical Installation work.
- Testing and commissioning works.
- Start up and handover to the consultant
- Prepare as built drawings, user manual and project closeout up to client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Review and study project documents.
- Prepare technical and financial comparison sheet of the Suppliers proposals and make sure that it's compliance with the contract documents.
- Review and Prepare, submittals of the Materials.
- Study and make value engineering and technical proposals.
- Budget control for the required Materials.
- Order the Approved Materials.
- Keep Good relationships with the Suppliers.
