- Conduct network and VPN troubleshooting to identify general network problems.
- Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
- Maintain upgrade, secure, files backups and disaster recovery preparation.
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop
environment.
- Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations and ensure the compliance with
security policies.
- Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
- Protect the security of the information and monitoring the security procedures and policies
compliance.
- Train employees how to use learning system and complete their mandatory courses.
- Develop and produce Kirkpatrick I and II reports, data analysis and statistics for program
courses.
