Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for the delivery of technical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions. Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards, including the frameworks of SAMA.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to secure the best possible deals and sen/ices.
Leading Integrated Corporate Portal Project (Cash Management & Trade Finance)
Responsible for: RFP preparation, Proposal & POC evaluation, Testing plan, Migration Plan, Delivery Management
Participating on: Gab Analysis, evaluation and selecting for various work-stream:(solution, testing, PM0, integration), Statement of Work review and deep dine, Sourcing strategy, roles and responsibilities, Migration strategy, dependency analysis, Customer proposition, Governance set up
Manage Fransi Global, Fransi Trade and Bank Trade
