Isolate the equipments & Follow the maintenance Activities (Preventive & corrective maintenances)
- Operate Wellhead operations & follow the well operators for (natural wells & gas lift wells& beam pump), Wells Functional test, operating, start up. Orifice plate changes over
- Good knowledge for gas treatment (Separation, glycol dehydration, refrigeration, sweetening).
Centralize control room panels according to plant parameters & take correction action through centralizing control PLC panel & monitoring the parameters.
-Nuovo Pignone: centrifugal gas compressor that compresses gas in three stages up to 40bar with capacity of 60 mmscf.
-Operate pumps (displacement pump and centrifugal pump). Good knowledge of treble shooting & emergency shutdown. Well Test Calculation and updated operations and well optimization.
- Following the safety system using work permit.
Well test report, pigging report, communication with superiors & other control room & station, Reading annulus bleeding, PTW Audits, procedure to fill in a PTW and paper work required, prepare a confined space permit, carry out emergency cases, and log events in control room during emergency cases.
