working as a Saudi Aramco project engineer under Saraco contractor. we are managing and excuting projects within Saudi Aramco communities and facilities.
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, starting up and, investigation of technical issues for the electrical surface equipment (ASD, Power transformer, current and voltage transformers, rectifiers, inverters, and other electronic components) Monitoring, troubleshooting of adjustable speed drive and testing of downhole artificial lift equipment (motors, pumps, sensors) in order to maximize well’s productivity and equipment run life. Gathering and downloading field data, evaluating and make recommendations to perform remedial work or intervention necessary to optimize production. Dealing with the client and responding to Aramco’s requirements immediately
installation of Electrical submirsible pump to provide artificial lift for all kind of wells ( oil/ water)
controlling the flow with VSD or FSD.
Testing and commissioning of VSD ( Variable speed drive)
trouble shooting of VSD &FSD
Installation of L6 Electrical equipment like Switch gears, panels, transformer, cable ladder, cable trays along the track and in the station.
Supervising the subcontractor and direct man power for (executions, planning, delivering, progressin, Inspection and safety. .)
Managing the work including (site clearance, work permit, coordination, quality, safety, lifting activities, and materials)
Holding meeting and reporting for the subcontractor and consultant.
