• Prepare detailed accurate material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc. estimates.
• Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits and Communicate with Clients for any clarification/additional information if require.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review, and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Preparing the estimation sheet through wbs system, and separting each cost by categories.
• Prepare project bid status reports and ensure compliance with all specifications and contract Statements of Work and Bid Invitations.
• Present cost estimates to meet customer proposals, providing consideration for general and special conditions.
• Prepare scope specifications and requirements, prepare and inputs project schedules, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost summary sheets.
• Preparing technical and commercial packages for tender submission.
• Maintain an accurate, current database cost codes of accounts for historical data.
• Create the budget cost code structure for every newly awarded project
• Preparing monthly valuation as per site progress.
• Notify / Submit Variations for addition/change in tender scope if any and getting approval.
• Ensure tender documents received are sufficient/complete Vs. the tender enquiry received.
• Identify the scope of work from the tender documents.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate quantity take off and review of drawings, specification, BOQ, tender addendums/clarifications and other documents as required.
• Identification of all requirements during estimation.
• Responsible for floating all enquiries to suppliers/sub-contractors and obtaining timely quotations.
• Identify discrepancies, if any, in the tender documents and raise queries to the Contractor/Consultant/Client as appropriate.
• Responsible for commercial/technical review of quotations received from suppliers/sub-contractors to check its compliance/correctness.
• Responsible for assisting in preparing technical and commercial bids

•Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors,
crafts people and operatives;
•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per
specifications;
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

• Bachelor Degree: received my Bachelor's of Civil Engineer - Factuality of Engineering Technology- Al Balqa’ University (2011). (The rate 2.94 over 4.00) assesses the (good).
