Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them in food distribution in Zaatari Camp (Syrian refugee camp).
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Replacing parts as required. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time. Testing and evaluating new technology.Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. the focal point for the save the children, WFP, UNHCR IOM and another stockholder.trianing for New staff.

Responsible for the verification & food distribution in Zaatari Camp (Syrian refugee camp).
Key tasks and responsibilities. Conduct verification on the refugee card by using RAIS system. Provide a complete report of the work carried out, specifying the food quantity.Determine the food distribution package. Organize Verification & distribution process.Monitor and report the progress of the work at each stage. Implement and manage work changes and other interventions when needed. Ensure proper documentation for the work in different implementation phases including timesheets. Present reports defining work progress, problems and other details as required by the supervisor. Perform other tasks as needed or requested by Manager.
