 Managing and Directing the Operations of 5 chains with 10 outlets of Casual Dining and Fine Dining restaurants: Wafi Gourmet (Qatar & Bahrain), Noodle House, Biella, Les Deux Magot and Maysoun.
 Fully responsible for the Operations, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Recourses in these chains.
 Operation: - Scheduling.
- Setting the targets, projections, plans, and the overall performance.
- Setting and maintaining the standards.
- Setting and following up all the checklists.
- Handling all day-to-day problems.
- Continuously working on the food cost and its variables.
- Run and monitor the whole system.
- Quality control.

 Marketing: - Set the annual Marketing Plan.
- Following up and implementing the market plan.
- Perform the marketing researches and competition analysis.
- Approving the new designs of promotions and all printings.


 Supply Chain Management:
- Maintain the level of stuck and using the supply chain effectively.
- Approving the product list.
- Approving the suppliers list.
- Approving the comparisons list.
- Updating the prices continuously.
- Continuous finding of new suppliers and negotiating with them.

 Recruitment: travelled to Philippines and Indonesia for hiring the staff.
 Overviews quality control, scheduling, setting and monitoring standards, maintaining checklist and handling problems.
 Attended many fairs and exhibitions in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE.
