Duties:

Attending meetings and competently communicate with Consultants, and Sub-Contractors.
Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development and delivery of technical training for less experienced team members.
Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
Maintenance of daily records.
Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent.
Prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.
Procurement on all trades of a Turnkey design and build 5 stars Hotel comprising 200 rooms, a spa, gym, and 2 swimming pools, as well as a tennis court and a 10, 000 sqm Shopping Mall.
Project: Basrah Sport City Hotel (USD 55 Millions)

Duties:
Divide the project into packages. Set the procurement strategy.
Prepare vendors list for every package.
Launch RFOs, negotiate prices, prepare comparison (Technical/Financial) .
Prepare Agreement for the approved vendor(s).
Prepare/ maintain materials log.
Ensure timely and continuously maintain, revise, update & submit all procurement
reports as per project’s procurement policy and procedure.
Prepare/ Revise material submittals along with all related documents: compliance sheet, norms etc.
Monitor for any variations from the original scope to ensure that the Company's rights are preserved.
Responsible for the preparation of progress reports, claims, variation orders, monitoring of project cost control effectively and finalization of accounts.
