 Divide the project into packages. Set the procurement strategy.

 Launch RFOs, negotiate prices, prepare comparison (Technical/Financial) .
 Prepare Agreement for the approved vendor(s).
 Prepare/ maintain materials log.
 Ensure timely and continuously maintain, revise, update & submit all procurement
reports as per project’s procurement policy and procedure.
 Prepare/ Revise material submittals along with all related documents: compliance sheet, norms etc.
 Monitor for any variations from the original scope to ensure that the Company's rights are preserved.
 Responsible for the preparation of progress reports, claims, variation orders, monitoring of project cost control effectively and finalization of accounts.
