- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benets, health, and safety, etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staff, training, and development, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

❖ SUPPORT SERVICES:
▪ Coordinate and supervise internal and external operations for office supplies and business requirements.
▪ Reviewing service contracts, products, and equipment.
▪ Maintain records of agreement and consult with legal affairs to conrm the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
▪ Keep operational on track and assure their supply with the latest project info, documents, tools, etc.
▪ Support the knowledge interface and exchange between eld units, engineering tasks, and project back office.
▪ Control of the teams and generate reports for customers and internal units to ensure the standards set in the appropriate time.
▪ Ensure that the operations plan, policies, and processes are in line with the company's overall objectives.
▪ Assists departments in identifying required support services based on future budget, business needs, and expansions plans.
▪ Control of additional project services within the contracted time, costs, and quality.
▪ Develop service level agreements with different departments to ensure proper execution.
▪ Manage and issue purchase orders and contracts related to the Support Services.
▪ Conducts periodic tours to premises in order to ensure compliance with the Support Services policies and standards.
▪ Guarantee the quality requirements and system-related audit.
▪ Investigate recorded incidents to identify causes and determine how to prevent such incidents in the future such as
maintenance, security, and safety.. etc.
▪ Follow-up maintenance and cleaning of all company facilities and means of transport and management of all the company's
needs for work and service tasks including the provision of materials, tools, and equipment for work.
▪ Management the company's properties, and include its data in special records and insurance, and take all necessary preventive
measures to ensure its security and safety.
▪ Preparation of annual budget and expenditure control.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
