• Working in Safety compliance team in Aramco construction and plant fields.
•Ensure the contractor is following Saudi Aramco GI as per SMS ( Safety management system).
• Site inspections to evaluate the safety compliance on site .
• Reports, ( Incidents, Near miss, checklist & etc with belongs to safety requirements).
• PSI ( Project safety index) : monthly report that evaluate the overall safety in the project.
•Camp inspection: Monthly report to ensure everything in compliance by the contractor.
• Condducting Emergency drill with contractors.
• Conducting safety training and awareness sessions.
• Reviewing constractor safety plan and creating risk assessment & Job safety analysis ( JSA) per activity.
• Contract competency interview: Conducting pre-qualification interview for contractor HSE candidates to ensure they meeting Saudi Aramco standard as HSE qualified applicants.
• Ability to conduct safety training and train contractor crews.
• Ensure safe work practices are promoted to site workers by utelizing safety requirements per variety of activities.

Duties & Tasks:

Daily Site Inspection: Daily safety inspection for the assigned area to ensure the safety
compliance in the workplace by the contractor.
* Safety inspection for the project buildings: Including scaffolds, Electricals activity
inspection and ensure the full compliance by the contractor in place.
* Investigate the incidents and report it as Saudi Aramco Procedure.
* Near Miss Report, Immediate reporting of any near miss incident and ensuring that including in
the statistics.
* JSA meeting: To make sure all activity risk addressed and controlled in the JSA.
