VIVA (Kuwait) Assurance and Managed service project - Asset project manager:

- In charge of counting and tagging 1600 (passive & active assets) sites
- In charge of counting & tagging 2 warehouses (contains more than 30, 000 assets)
- Managing counting & tagging 5 teams (each team consists of 2 senior technicians)
- Subcontractor management to achieve the project targets
- Contributed in creating & developing the strategy & methodology of the Asset Tracking Management project
- Generate Asset Change management’s processes including & not limited to (Corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, site dismantling, site implementation & expansion).
- Apply & Implement the change management processes through the concerns teams, in order to assure the tracking of moved assets or added the assets to VIVA network.
- Responsible of generating & and tracking the Serial (tag) numbers
- Maintain the smooth flow of submitting the change management reports on time to the customer according to the asset’s movement & addition
- Support Oracle team in implementation of the new system modules
- Support Ernst & Young in managing the overall project
- Customer supporter & interface, managing & attending the weekly meeting/monthly meetings
- Review the project progress with the key project Stakeholders
- Reporting the monthly project progress to Huawei Vice president
- Reporting the daily activities & results to the project director
- Coordinate the daily activities with customer, subcontractor & consultants.
- In charge of the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate (PAC)
- Sustain the As-Is data (the Assets data which been collected from field)
- Contributing in more than 200, 000 Asset descriptions mapping to its own origin Contract Unit price List (CUL) Code with the help of project control team.

- On time escalation for Project Stakeholders
- Closely working with the counter part from customer side to assure the project’s flow smoothness & stability
- Updating the project stakeholders with the project status & project’s risks
- Achieve the agreed milestones on time and report the situation to internal management & project stakeholders



- VIVA (Kuwait) Assurance and Managed service project - Field Maintenance Quality Assurance & Asset Manager:

- In charge of preventative maintenance (PM) performance quality 1600 sites yearly, around 400 sites quarterly,
- 5 (PM) teams - one team consist of one engineer, one power technician & one rigger- reporting to me the daily PM report (5 sites per team)
- Enhance & develop the (PM) checklists for Wireless, transmission, A/C & power as per the actual needs after discussing them with customer, with internal teams & subcontractor
- Creating the format of reports
- Organizing onsite training for the teams in order to perform the ideal (PM) for Telecom, transmission, power & A/C concerned Huawei team leaders & with customer’s cooperation
- Establish & publish the sites implementation standards with implementation/rollout teams’ help & cooperation
- In charge of the projects’ -under Managed service department domain- Acceptance (PAT, PAC)
- Create processes & circulate them to concerns
- Assure that the processes are being followed & implemented by teams by visiting the sites during (PM) performance to fulfill customer requirement & satisfaction.
- Responsible for telecom engineering delivery project quality management guarantee project delivery quality could meet customer requirement
- Organize and analyze project delivery customer requirement
- Develop project quality assurance plan and obtain customer confirmation
- Execute project quality management activities according to project quality plan - include but not limited to make project E2E implementation process, quality standards, model site building, training, quality audit,

- In charge of complete implementation & build 100 sites - Rooftop (Guyed mast towers, Free standing poles), Green field (Self Support Standing towers, Monopoles, Palm tree towers) -types
- Manage 4 departments (Logistics, TI (Telecom Implementation)/CW (Civil Work)/SAQ (Site Acquisition)) activities to ensure RF network installation quality deliverables according contractual KPI’s.
- Manage FCCI and subcontractor resource capacity, tools and competence to ensure site installation deliverables according to time schedule.
- Manage related projects between departments to ensure timely and efficient implementation of projects
- Project implementation plan
- Reschedule the blocked/pending activities properly to not impact the project implantation plan
- Manage site acquisition (SAQ), CW and TE departments and providing them clear instructions to ensure perfect performance.
- Follow up logistic processes, material and equipment timely delivery to site.
- Create detailed project time schedules, project activity cost calculations and budgets.
- Follow up on POs, control invoicing process and payments with proper tracking
- Report and manage site installation progress, processes, problems and mile stones internally and towards customer as per contract terms.
- Follow up the project’s PAT -site acceptance- /PAC/FAC with customer.
- Tracking all projects’ elements properly on daily basis.
- Reporting to customer the project progress on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Solving minor/major problems without escalating to Top management.
- Arranging/attending meeting with customer.
- Proper escalation to the management when required

- Monthly review of the project budget to assure control cost, revenue assurance to meet the targeted profit.

- ZAIN-Huawei, 16E WiMax Project (Bahrain) - Implementation manager:
- In charge of whole WiMax project activities done by 4 implementation teams (each team contains one Engineer and 6 technicians), 4 sites have been implemented per day in the peak of the project in 6 hours time.
- Project planning and Project implementation management.
- Managing the implementation of 150 sites out of 200 sites in live network.
- Fully responsible to prepare/arrange the site installation/site survey teams
- Day by day site survey and site installation Management with client with full reporting.
- Responsible for managing key projects for the WiMax network such as expansion.
- Prepare and submit site survey reports and deliver them to customer on time ( average 15 sites per day)
- Arrange the required material for installation by cooperating closely with logistic department and checking/Tracking the Delivery Note before material collection
- Verification of Purchase Orders (PO) after receiving it from the client against the required scope.
- Site Acceptance/Approvals to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements
