1. Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Managing the finance of the district programs by working along with project and contribute to group finance management.
• Bear prime responsibility of management reporting, involved in entity's long and short term strategies, advice on funding and utilisation, project expected mile stones and results expected from them.
• Implement and maintain proper budgetary control system, prepare required long term financial forecasts.
• Present the overall strategy and plan in quantitative terms, enable informed decision making by being a watch dog on any probable negative impacts of those decisions.

2. Cash Flow Management
• Identify and implement cost control measures.
• Report on agreed frequency to the management on funds position and projected fund and cash flow pattern.
• Active Role in the Collection Meetings and Other Negotiations for determining the credit limits and terms.

3. Capital Budgeting:
• Estimate, evaluate and position capital investment requirements.
• Assess the requirement for any capital addition, for any prospective business opportunity and plan funding for the same.
• Report the probable impact of asset addition on the working capital.

4. Costing & Management Accounting:
• Conduct regular meetings and present reports to the management on the costing reports.
• Present quarterly and annual management accounts and reports to enable decision making.
• Train and manage the accounts team to ensure optimum utilisation of resources and timely delivery.
• Close monitoring the payables and receivables and analysis of balances on monthly basis for effective working.
• Capital Management and ensuring reconciliation of all accounts with the third party statements.
• Execution of various month end activities necessary for the purpose of books closure and analysis of Working Capital.

5. Internal Control:
• Place robust internal control measure for expenses, revenue, book entries and all related areas.
• Review and take necessary corrective steps to bridge any identified gaps in internal controls.
• Train staff involved the internal control and accounting process to obtain expected results.
• Ensure statutory compliance overall.

6. Team Management:
• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team of 40 members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development and motivates high performance amongst team members.
• MIS reporting to the management regarding the daily workflow.

7. General Administration:
• Selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.
• To look after stationery requirement and annual maintenance of AC/ Telephone/ Fax machines.
• In monthly meet, manage & organize the agenda of the day, lunch, snacks, and awards.
• Responsible for mess bills, mobile bills etc…
