o Reviewing the MEP IFC drawings issued by the consultant and raising the technical design issues by RFI.
o Preparing the MEP shop Drawings for the project in effective company business manner.
o Ensure works completion within the cost and schedules.
o Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to the senior managements.
o Development and review project planning and programming.

• Managing, directing and following up the progress on site for each villa referring to the original planned program by upraising the critical issues that would be a problem in the future like approval of materials and shop drawings as well as answering all the request for information, closing out the non compliance request, method statement, etc…
• Coordinating and following up the NOC and the authorities with the design department.
• Managing the main contractors and their sub-contractor in the circle of authority of the client and recommending the specialist sub-contractor like; firefighting and fire alarm system, home automation system and gas system.
• Over viewing of the design drawings and managing to produce the shop drawings as per the program and the submission schedule date.
• Managing and approving the material and submittals specified for the project before at least enough time of delivery referring to the program.
• Producing, managing, reviewing and approving the MEP method statements to ensure that all the MEP material, equipment, installation, procedures and quality are in the highest level for the product of the client requirements.

• Checking, reviewing, advising and answering all the requests need information that provided by the contractors and the consultant with regards to the design and studying the cost impact if any.
• Coordinating the civil, architect and MEP design drawings before executing the work to avoid any queries or contradictions in work, and full coordination while executing the work.
• Checking all the infrastructure utility services and interfacing that with the building requirements i.e. electrical meter, water meter and gas meter. Ensure and giving comments if there were any query in-between the services before and after executing the work.

• Responsible for all coordination activates and interacting the main contractor, subcontractor and project consultants.
• Controlling and managing the nominated MEP Sub-Contractor (monitoring and assigning work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority) with the other sub contractors as well such as false ceiling, tilling, decoration, partitions, claddings, doors, & etc.
• Supervising and working in a manner that is neat and guarantee the efficiency use of resources and manpower.
• Relating and understanding the requirements of the other departments.
• Following up the project schedules for timely completion.
• Coordinating with contractors in order to ensure that schedules shop drawings (civil, finishing and MEP) and programs of work are properly communicated, operating procedures and standards are adhered to and the work of multiple contractors is properly coordinated.
• Oversee on-site construction works in order to ensure that operations are carried out in the most efficient and safe manner and operating procedures and standards are correctly followed, taking corrective action as appropriate in full coordination with the site Engineers team.
• Prepare reports, records and correspondence on the full range of construction MEP co-ordinations activities and/or issues in order to ensure that project business is communicated effectively and management has sufficient information to support decision making.
• Following up the MEP inspection requests with the MEP sub contractor and passing it to the consultants for approval.

• Providing day to day support to the manager in terms of planning activities and manufacturing Operations plan.
