Ensuring site construction as contractual specification & planned construction programmed.
Supervising the site activities & progress as per schedule of the project.
Taking full safety measures and executing quality of work along with all HES requirement.
Co ordination with all subcontractor & suppliers to resolve the site problems.
Updating progress of work at site and comparing it with master plan.
Reviewing shop drawings, method statements, concrete test results, material submittal and payment certificates of the subcontractors.
Attending meetings with client and consultant.
Preparing agenda of meeting & minutes of meetings.
Providing direct support to the site engineers.
Responsible for full study and understanding of architectural drawing and structural drawing.
Responsible to get approval from consultant for all the test report.
Following the quality of the project as per the BS procedure and the specification of the project.
Preparation of weekly progress report & reporting to Project Manager.
Supervising the site progress as per schedule of the project.
Co-ordination with all subcontractors for different activity of the project.
Taking full safety measures.
Reviewing shop drawings, method statement, concrete test results, material submittals.
Getting approval from the consultant for each activity.
Providing direct support to the site engineers.
Responsible for full study and understanding of architectural drawing and structural drawing.
Responsible for clarification if any discrepancy in structural and architectural drawing.
Responsible to take approval from the consultant for the raised RFI or any proposal.
Responsible to get approval from consultant for all the test report.
Independently checking and survey of each activity according to the specification of the project.
Following the quality of the project as per the BS procedure and the specification of the project.
Preparation of agenda for the meeting and preparation of minutes of meeting.
Preparation of weekly progress report and reporting to project Manager.
