Provide project analysis and project financial updates on a regular basis ($90M project+other 9 small projects of total $33M)
Ensures that the Project Controls tools, policies and procedures are consistently applied on the projects in area of responsibility.
Communication and work closely with Project Manager and Senior Management to support project execution including project review, cost to complete, Change order booking, risks and opportunities analysis and tracking
Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred, cost to complete and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
Consolidate data in the schedule and in project cost reports for project manager’s review and approval.
Assist in the preperation of change order tender, booking and documentation
Coordinate with QS’ for interim payment application, internim payment certificate and prepare an analysis for the difference between IPA and IPC.
Coordinate and follow up to obtain approvals of senior managers for project booking, change order booking, EAC Change
Ensure all approvals are in Complaince with Schedule of Executive Approvals and maintain sufficient records for auditors.
Prepare Annual, Quarterly, Monthly revenue forecast, ensure actual meets with forecast and provide monthly report to the management.
Ensure all purchase orders are realeased after verifying, BOQ, IFC Drawings, Cost budget, and ensure the cost is covered in the CTC and if not advise the management for an EAC change.
Create project accounts, budget, and project forecast review reports in ERP system.
Assist the Project manager and Finance manager with project updates on a regular basis
Maintain the project cost budget as the base line of project.
Book cost to projects and check all costs are as per the budget.
Verify invoices and IPC for accuracy.
Keep a record of All PO’s raised for the project and ensure it’s not exceeding the budget.
Prepare payment for subcontractors, Labour suppliers and all other suppliers
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
