Responsibility included maximizing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction at outlets within my territory and ensuring that the outlets (Shell Petrol Stations) reflect company policy with regard to service, appearance and cleanliness. Looking after a network of 50 Fuel Stations.
Core Responsibilities: * Report Sales Performance vs. Targets on a month wise basis to the Regional Manager.
* Carry out Sales Analysis on daily basis through Network Management System Database.
* Promote and monitor high standards of customer service, housekeeping, merchandising, and general operation at the retail outlets and conduct safety audits.
* Ensure and monitor dispensation of correct quality and quantity of fuel and lubricants through retail outlets. Identify training needs for dealers and staff through analysis of Mystery Motorist and Comment Card report results.
* Act as a business consultant to the dealers on proper management of retail outlets on working capital and inventory management, product loss management, inventory shrinkage, merchandising, indenting, payment terms, and documentation. Customer Handling, Supplier Records, Purchase Records, Local Advertising, Promotions, Credit Control, Outlet Profitability.
* To identify needs and prospects for New to Industry (NTI) outlets in consultation with the perpetual network plan (PNP) and the network planner, and to follow through with proposals for NTI development.
* To identify and propose outlets for conversion/Shell branding and assist and aid the branding process.

Core Responsibilities: * Supplier negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers for gross margins, development of promotional campaigns and product supply.
* Product selection: Identifying and selecting product categories and items to be placed in the store.
* Pricing: Responsible for standardizing pricing for KVIs, and maintenance of Gross Margins.
* Space management: Standardizing product merchandising throughout all Select Stores through development of Plan-o-grams.

ACHIEVEMENTS - Shell Pakistan: Restructured the operations and management for the first Select Store in Hyderabad in order to increase average sales and awareness.
Achieved highest lubricant sales recorded at Hyderabad Region for the month of April, May and June during BFI (Business Framework Implementation) Competition.
Identified and executed construction for 2 NTIs.
Re-branded 6 PBS Stations to Shell.
Quality Filling Station Select Project - Developed Planogram, Re-merchandised the store and developed promotional campaigns for the Fast Food offer in order to create awareness and increase sales. Increased average sales from Rs. 18, 000 to Rs. 28, 000 / day. Achieved a record breaking sales of Rs. 50, 000 +.
