• Study & utilize Project Execution Plan, Plot Plans, Equipment List, P&IDs,
GAs, 3D models & other drawings/ while defining WBS & activities in schedule.
• Updating of PMS and Preparation & Submission of Monthly Invoices.
• Prepare and Issue weekly/monthly progress reports (which comprises of
Project Information, Project Progress Status, Milestones Status, Variance
Analysis, Area of Concerns, Value Engineering, Histogram, S-Curves,
Deliverable summary, Performance report, Schedules etc.).
• Identify potential risk factors, update risk register & issue schedule alert to
management.
• Reviewing the progress of work and suggest recovery plans, in case of any
anticipated delays and enforce the same for timely completion of the project.
• Arrange and discuss the status of work progress at weekly progress meetings,
Monthly progress meetings with client.

• Define Scope of Work. Facilitate preparation of Project Execution Plan.
• Update schedule including scope changes by all primavera functions and
generate critical path, near critical path, resource histogram S-curves, Variance
& float reports, 30/60/90 days Look ahead & other customize reports.
• Develop, and update WBS, CBS, Staffing Plan, Cost Controls report, Variation
Register and support various team members in works like Bids, estimations,
Invoices, Cash flow, Total Installed Cost (TIC), Risk Register, KPI Register.
• Reviewing the progress of work and suggest recovery plans, in case of any
anticipated delays and enforce the same for timely completion of the project.
• Arrange and discuss the status of work progress at weekly progress meetings,
Monthly progress meetings and quarterly review meetings with client.
• Responsible for Updating of L4 Schedule on P6 & incorporation of all the

• Establish Planning and Scheduling development process.

• Preparing & circulating look ahead schedule and monitor the productivity.
• Performing Earned Value Analysis monthly and provide accurate report to the

ensure timely corrective actions for the Project.
• Identifying Delay Events and conducting Time Impact Analysis for better
