The course covered how to plan construction projects, how to manage supply chains, how to keep people working together, and how to use Building Information Modelling (BIM) for a more efficient construction process. The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As part of the course, I prepared a detailed BIM management plan and a detailed procurement plan for real projects.
