•Handled Operational Department & working closely with Sales team to access sales strategies accordingly and dealing with daily, weekly and monthly business reports as requested by the manager.
•Acquiring quoting for different types of vehicles as requested by the corporate clients
•Handled logistics department for delivery of the product and provided them after sale support.
•Processing prospective of Existing accounts and new inquiries & making new business accounts
•Creating the data base as per the customers’ requirements & resolve customer’s issues through phone, email and chat conversations
•Monitor reports on market trends and competitor activity, responding to the online quires on daily basis.
•Maintaining log book & Ensuring Invoices are submitted to customers on a timely manner
•Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management.
•Worked in Dubai airport terminal 1 location as well with various working shifts.
•Answering approximately 10 calls per hour. Became go to person on the team for dealing with the toughest phone calls and most challenging complaints
Organizing promotional activities, Seminars & Ensuring the promotion awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
•Servicing existing client accounts and new business development in a highly demanding environment whilst ensuring compliance to policies, monitoring and maintaining of service standards.
•Designing of promotional strategies and arranging for demos and exhibitions of the product portfolio and product line.
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
•Opening customer accounts by recording account information & Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Communicating with targeted audiences and managing customer relationships.
•Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local and regional, organizing photo shoots, Maintaining and updating customer databases also Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
•Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.
•Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials and Sourcing and securing sponsorship and supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
