A 353 bedded tertiary care general hospital by Chittagong Eye Infirmary & Training Center in Pahartali, Chittagong;

An automatic brick manufacturing project using coal gasification based tunnel kiln technology by Makrail Auto Green Bricks Limited in Modhukhali, Faridpur;
Investment amount: BDT 175 Million
A captive power plant with 2x9.73 MW diesel engines by Samuda Power Limited in Gazaria, Munshiganj;
Investment amount: USD 2.5 Million
As a maintenance engineer in Turbine Division, I had to carry on both preventive & predictive maintenance and emergency maintenance of various equipment or systems. My working area included 2x64 MW and 3x150 MW Steam Turbines.
Major Responsibilities
Routine inspection, troubleshooting & maintenance works in 2x64MW and 3x150MW Turbine protection & control system, lube oil system, cooling system, firefighting system, various types of pumps, various types of compressors, various types of valves and heat exchangers;
Preparation of purchase proposal of different types of spare parts related to the works;
Keeping performance records of the works and personnel’s and to communicate it to higher authority;
Estimation of time and personnel for any schedule maintenance of the plant;
Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan (APP) & Annual Maintenance Schedule;
As an Associate Consultant I have performed Consulting assignments focusing on research, process analysis, interviews, and documentation.
I started my professional career here and was placed with responsibilities of sourcing for suppliers, analyzing and negotiating with them, managing their performances, maintaining close network with them on production capacities, planning and arrangement of material delivery schedule etc.
