• Manage and maintain the logistical functions of the company.

• Assign and monitor SMART objectives to all department employee and ensuring that targets are being achieved.
• Ensure company set policies, procedures, and service guidelines are implemented.
• Prepare logistics budget, review periodically and take corrective action as required.
• Ensure safety procedures are fully implemented and followed by all logistics staff.

• Monitor and carry out various activities related to the areas of warehouse, stock count, and handling deliveries
• Inspect and advise best storages utilization of warehouse by through utilization of designated storage areas, adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements;
• Check and create safe working environment through instructions to the team by moving the product from one location to another and update the product movement in the system for best space utilization and for precise identification and traceability.
• Manage inventory cycle count monthly and yearly in line with the figures in the system and physical count. Integrity of the figures and managing product stocks 1:1 as per the SAP system and their existing location.
