• Manage technical product integration in the customer network ecosystem.

• Perform Sanity, Functional, Non- functional, Regression, Retest, raise defects and ensure the closure of defects in software after defect fix is available.
• Conduct hands-on bench testing and debugging of digital hardware.
• Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
• Provide technical support to customer technicians for various testing activities.
• Performing Pre-ATP & ATP testing at client’s location, supporting the clients with feature demo.
• Responsible to give support to customers national and internationally, including traveling for
business occasions.
• Currently handling three clients: " Etisalat UAE", "Vodafone Qatar", "Telecom Egypt-Tedata”.
• Testing of Java based IPTV firmware as well as hardware device (check that all interfaces are physically OK).
• Test Customized SW in Customer Live Network.
• Prepare and submit reports on progress and status of all testing procedures.
• Troubleshooting Set-top Box and provide support to OSN Dubai & Kuwait.
• Working in IPTV Set-top Box Refurbishment area also, contributing towards executive, supervisory and consultant positions involving development and deployment of services.
