* Negotiation with the Client / Contractor in Light of both Technical and Commercial aspect of the Job.
* Responsible for the Coordination shop drawing, Mechanical Services Shop Drawing & all equipment/ material
Approval, as per Contract Specification, All type of Pipe / Duct sizing, Calculation for external static pressure,
pump head, chilled water volume, anti-Vibration spring mounts bearing loads and selections.
* Approval of NCR, RFI, E.I & I.T.R Etc… Work Progress, Program, Monthly invoice, for all ongoing Projects
in the view of job completion on time.
* Monitoring and updating the site progress with Long Lead Materials on weekly/ Monthly bases.
* Site meeting with Client, Main Contractor and other service Contractors.
* Review, suggest to improve working Methodologies, Strategies to suit the Codes & Standards.
* Professional and Technical Utilization Time & Cost Control.
* Professional Provide Engineering Technical Services for program and special projects for District
Cooling Providers design and coordination on sites and associated projects for all phases of design,
Construction, Commissioning Duties and Responsibilities.
* Liaise with local authorities and ministerial agencies having jurisdiction over the project.
* Provide technical support for request for proposals, contracts, specifications, preliminaries approvals
And Variations. During construction phase, review Engineering design submissions report, calculation, cost
estimate, Quantity survey, drawing and specifications for conformance with the contract, scope and budget.
Assist In Reviewing, approvals and process all Engineering technical submittals.
* Review contractors' claims related to Engineering works. Prepare recommendations for claims approval Or
Rejection. Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value Engineering and variations
Claims or Any changes in schedules.
* Implement and follow Quality Assurance Program procedures.
* Expert knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, and procedures.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Knowledge of computer systems and their applications. Support Program Management system (PMS).
Interface with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Assist with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists. Monitor
Final Completion of the work.
* Review & Approval of contractors' as-built drawings.
