• Collaborated with the production planning team, to develop production schedules and plans, and ensured that production targets were met, considering factors such as raw material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce availability.
• Was responsible for training and developing productionstaff. This includes providing guidance on operatingmachinery, following safety protocols, maintaining hygiene standards, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback to improve employeeperformance.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment, to ensure that machinery and tools are properly maintained, serviced, and calibrated to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Kept accurate records and prepared production reports.
• Ensured a safe working environment in the company, by enforcing safety policies and procedures, and conducting safety training sessions by identifying and addressing any potential safety hazards.
• Monitored & maintained raw material inventory levels, ensured their production availability, for production & also coordinated with purchasing
efficient inventory system.
