Job Profile: Manage & leverage a team of Field Service Engrs. serving EMEA clients at various locations.
• Organize & Plan the FS team missions for inspection, maintenance, installation of Air Filter house.
• Assure that services are performed within contractual lead time, allocated budget and GTS procedures.
• Provide site feedback to sales helping identify potential opportunities & improvement areas.
• Organize trainings & certifications for FS team, client's team and internal colleagues.
• Propose engineering changes (ECP) to contribute in design improvement/correction.
• Report Non conformities (NCR) & prevent repetitive claims.
• Organize Lessons Learnt Program, post site visit - helping colleagues to grow in knowledge/experience.
• Prepare technical proposals, procedures, Monitor and approve team expenses.
• Manage Subcontractors - service agreements-LTSA, Quote/PO & invoice approvals, Certifications.
• Keep an account of all the spare parts, tools & services requirement in the MENA region.
• Lead the Planning and execution of the First fit, retrofits & turnkey projects.
• If required travel to onshore/offshore facilities to perform the field services.
• Installation, commissioning, servicing and inspection of the filter house units.
• Attend technical meeting at the client end and resolve issues raised by them. Clear punch points.
• Reporting Top Management - Prepare presentations, technical Articles, reports & critical issues, etc.
