Working with Production Databases in 24x7 environment for all Database related activities.
Database Backup & Recovery, Restoration, User Management, Profile Management, Troubleshooting, and Performance Tuning.
Performance Tuning the Databases & Instance with the help of Oracle AWR & ADDM utilities.
Monitoring Dataguard Physical Standby Databases and creating Clone Database as required.
Working with development team to achieve optimum performance of SQL & PL/SQL codes.
Responsible for Materialize-View refresh to provide the Clone Database environment to MIS team for reporting purposes.
Patch installation on Standby and Production Server and version control of Oracle DB Software.
Attending users call and resolving issues in 24x7 environments for all/any Database related issues.

Responsible to understanding business requirements from users, identifying systems and getting it documented, developed, tested and implemented.
Resolving queries regarding the information System / Software and extending onsite support including maintenance of System/Software.
Processing Rating, Billing, and CMS processes. Communicating with DBA & Network team for file processing, Cut-Off, and Billing issue.
Responsible for maintenance and troubleshoot Billing, Rating, and Customer Management system issues from the database and UNIX perspective and coordinating with IN and switch team.
Resolving issues regarding to the Rating, Billing, and CMS (Customer Management System) and extending onsite support including maintenance of application/process.
Responsible for database development and creation of database objects like table, view, m-view, index, procedure, function, trigger etc.
Writing, Analyzing, and tuning the complex queries to achieve optimum performance and analyze the data to meet the business requirement.
Report development and deployment of new reports in I-Reporting application to fulfill further / changing business and management needs.
Proposing and implementing enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the existing application/system.
Handling various technical aspects like project documentation, system design & integration, monitoring critical path and taking appropriate actions.
