I was responsible for everything related to Books, Magazines and newspapers. Books being segmented into academic and non academic books.
I used to help the customers find the book they are looking for, support them with the telephone as well. Also I had the responsibility to always check the sales, the stock and return everything that wasn't in order to pay for it eventually. I also had a relationship with external companies that provide us with the books or magazines and to always tell them what missing and what are the books/magazines that I demand more for sales purposes. Lastly, I had a financial part in which I should sum our sales according the number sold and how much we paid in order to know our accurate bills.
