Job Description:
The construction of work includes Mechanical Workshop for maintenance of vehicles, equipment & tools with following mechanical utilities:
• Plumbing (Drainage, Water supply, Irrigation, Fire, )
• HVAC (AC Split, AHU, FCU, Exhaust fans, ) / Ducting
• Fire Pump room /Holding tank & water pump
• Compressed air network - (P111)
• Ventilation network - (P111)
• Energy transfer station (Main chilled water Network)- (P107)

Awareness about the scope of work of the mechanical and electrical works, along with the specifications in the contract,
Preparing proper documentation for the electro-mechanical items, like material submittals, method statement, FAT, SAT, ITR, INR, RFI’s… with Consultant.
Quantity surveying, shop drawing preparation, procurement works, time and quantities delivery management.
Following Site Progress, like pipe-laying inside trenches, welding, inspection and commissioning of pipe networks used for Potable water, district cooling, irrigation and gas and sewer water infrastructure systems.
Managing and coordinating between different parties, and following up with Local Authorities (Kahramaa, Ashghal - Qatar)
Testing & commissioning for pipes installed (pressure, hydro test, radiography, traceability, and deflection tests).
Installation of valves and flanges and all relevant fittings inside valve chambers.
Maintaining safety and quality site aspects as per Lusail requirements for operation and testing and commissioning.
The construction of works includes the construction of the site wide utility services which includes:-
• Potable water and fire fighting network
• Gas network
• District cooling network
• Irrigation network
• Waste water (sewer) network
• Storm water network
• Electrical networks (SLEEVES IN SUBSTATION - ELV)
• Solar traffic signals installation
• Pneumatic waste collection network
