The management of all logistics matters with reference to receiving shipments and distributing to the end customer.
•Assist to supply chain manger in all concerns
•Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
•Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
•Closely monitor all deliveries of products / shipments.
•Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity
•Work closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents for most accurate and preferred quotes and destinations.
•To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems (ERP system)
•To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification
•Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system
•Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements.
•To produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics
•To ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
•Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
•Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
•Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
•Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
•Resolve any arising problems or complaints
•Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
•Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
•Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
•Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
