• Additional Responsibility: as payroll-cum-HR administrator for 152 strong work force of 4000 MW Krishnapatnam Ultra Mega Power Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Working in Project Management Team of M/s Reliance Infrastructure Limited at Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai.
• Single Window Solution to Vendors for approvals, dispatch clearances, payment, and contract management.
• Creation of Supply and Work Contracts after firm technical and price negotiation with the vendors.
• To organize, plan, manage and monitor the project activities with respect to the approved work schedule.
• To lead the efforts for smooth contract closure with each vendor within three months from the date of completion of work.
• Coordination with the vendor for submission of Bank Guarantees, Master Document List (MDL), weekly progress report, quality assurance plan (QAP)
• Coordination with various departments.
✓ Project Control: For issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), organizing kick off meeting with vendor and approval of L2 schedule.
✓ Engineering: For approval of Master Drawing List (MDL), vendor documents.
✓ Quality: For approval of quality assurance plan, inspection and dispatch clearances.
✓ Finance: For LC opening and payment related issues of vendor; release of Bank Guarantees, retention amount.
✓ Central Procurement Group: For prompt settlement of vendor claims and order amendments.
✓ Owner Group: For issuance of project authority certificate (PAC) for excise duty and customs duty exemption.
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Management Information System (MIS) for management review.
