JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As Instrument supervisor I have involved in the planning of Instrumentation maintenance projects, assignments and related various aspects of projects.
• Provided Lead direction to subordinate personnel, technicians and fitters in the absence of Supervisor; may be assigned standby or call-out status as needed
• Provided accurate and timely input to the company maintenance records or other maintenance information system (s) as required.

• Calibration and installation of Thermocouple, RTD, temperature Controller, Flow sensors, Pressure switches, Level switches, SOV's, Self regulating pressure regulators, Fuel gas governor valve etc.
• Calibration of Level trolls like Tokyo Keiso FST 3000, ABB, Fisher, Masoneilan, Magnetrol used for Interface measurement of Crude and Water Separation.
• Carried out maintenance, repair and calibration of hydraulic pressure gauges, such as pump pressure gauges, Differential Pressure gauges, casing pressure gauges, manifold mounted gauges etc
