.•Maintain and ensure the internal application of policies and procedures.
• Maintain the employees’ records and files; keeping files up to date in regards to status and salary changes, absences, leaves, vacations etc…
•Develop training plan in coordination with heads of departments in order to ensure the provision of appropriate training for employees.
• Responsible for the recruitment procedure: job postings, interview, recommendation.
• Prepare and follow up daily process and paper work in the department (memos, warnings, correspondence.)
Daily monitoring of employees working time.
• Preparation of Monthly payrolls.
• Control of staff absences and leaves.
• Be a source of reference to others within the team and assist staff enquiries and problems.
Broadcasting live events, live news, services and programs according to schedule. Audio/Video monitoring.
Maximize company profits by following up with existing customers and handling the problems they face
I used to update computers and format them if needed, configure wireless internet connections for laptops and mobile phones, and answer queries by phone.
I used to help doing office work like (photocopying papers, scheduling appointments between the Dean and students, answer the phone)
I used to help and support students doing their assignments on (Excel, Access, SPSS). In addition, I use to help them register their courses on LAU Banner.
