Roles and Responsibilities:
* Preparing EHS plan, obtain approval and support project management for its effective
implementations
* Ensure effective implementation of Company HSE Management System
* Daily Site visit with respective client/consultant HSE representative and identify the potential
hazards and communicating with concerned in‐charge and ensure to close‐out effectively within
the time limit.
* Incident/Near‐miss Investigation and find out Immediate/Root causes and advice suitable
corrective/preventive action and ensure to communicate with all workmen
* Assistance for organizing HSEIA study work shop and collecting related evidences for effective
close‐out
* Leading a team of safety staff for proper implementation of safety guidelines
* HSEIA study action track register prepare and follow up for study report closing out
* Reporting corporate management about HSE statistics
* Preparing safety moment roster schedule and conduct during review meetings
* Provide training to HSE officers for GASCO interviews and approval
* Presenting Internal Risk Based Induction and trade wise training to the Staff people and get
approval from GASCO for Plant Access
* Organizing medical camp for all workmen
* Preparation of In‐vehicle Monitoring System Report and advice suitable control measures and
disciplinary action against the violators
* Organizing camp inspect as per the GASCO requirements
* Participate in GASCO weekly and monthly HSE review meetings
* Organizing H2S training internal and GASCO/external trainings
* Plan and preparation of Training Matrix as per project needs.
* Implement GASCO contractor EHS requirements

Roles and Responsibilities
* Hazards identification and preparation of risk assessment associated with all construction
activities.
* Formulate & recommend policies and measures to reduce or eliminate accidents/ incidents
and health hazards.
* Daily Site visit with respective client/consultant HSE representative and identify the potential
hazards and communicating with concerned in‐charge and ensure to close‐out effectively
within the time limit.
* Leading a team of safety staff for proper implementation of safety guidelines
* Inspections on equipments, power tools and site plant with authorized third parties.
* Preparation of EHS plan as per Management commitment and policy.

* Develop, supervise and co‐ordinate training programs to increase proficiency in safety practice

* Supervising the records and analysis of information on injury damage & production Losses.
* Submit regular reports to the HSE Corporate Manager on the status of the HSE training program.

* Support the development and implementation of integrated management systems. Ensure that
company HSE training complies with ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 requirements.
* Dealing with Enforcement authorities, fire, rescue teams, civil defense, specialist Health

* Conducting regular safety auditing and safety surveys.
* Develop Environmental awareness among the employees.
* To review designs of new projects & plant modifications to ensure all safety requirements are
included and provide recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Effective implementation of approved Project EHS Plan as per company policy requirement
which considers the international & local standards.
* Preparation of risk assessments and identifying the potential hazards.
* Ensuring of proper environmental regulations of safety which are abided with the projects.
* Co‐ordination with internal departments concern with project for proper workflow.
* Preparation & review of all safety method statements, Job safety analysis,

* Regular auditing & inspections at site.
* Providing support to project management and audit the contractors with regard to HSE
matters.
* Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Occupational Health & Safety
