Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
Researching market trends and generating more sales.
Preparing and presenting regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Developing long-term strategies for client retention and making plans to implement them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Review and approve project Client invoices.
•Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.
•Providing technical support to the installation team and wider regional teams.
•Ensure submission of quality certificate / data sheet / product brochures, wherever necessary.
•Ensure submission of invoice and other related documents to customers without delay.
•Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
•Identify new business model and business opportunity
•Identify new clients and establish relationship thorough regular client engagement
•Respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ and study tender documents
•Contract negotiation, study and Review.
•Collaborate with Management on sales strategies to increase sales, improve profitability and meet company objective and targets
•Preparation of technical proposal and technical review of submittals before submission
•Preparation of commercial offers/Quotations for client
•Communicate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
•Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
•Collaborate with Finance and follow-up on payment with respective clients
•Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
•Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
•Support clients solve problems with installed equipment
•Create a sales data base and regularly update the Sales forecast
•Prepare monthly sales report for Higher Management
•Travelling around KSA
•Regularly update the sales database and provide management with order forecasts.
•Discuss and explore technical solutions with customers, contractors and engineering
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with consultant the inspection of the work and to rectify any comments.
•Coordinating between Electromechanical installation/works and Finishing works.
•Follow-up the material delivery with material section.
•Control the quality of work.
•Follow-up specific site instruction of consultants.
•Follow-up with technical department to any discrepancies in design.
•Check that materials on order with drawings and specifications.
•Coordinating between Electromechanical and Finishing works.
•Assist the Planning Engineer, with the rest of the completion group and the client’s completion personnel, to develop the project planning schedules.
•Ensure the mechanical completions scope is implemented in accordance with the specifications, technical data and the completion schedule.
•Initiating and reviewing change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work.
•Recommending design methods, equipment use, etc., for discipline standards.
•Expedite material issue within the yard and ensure materials are delivered to proper location in a timely manner.
•Assist in the performance of any testing as required.
•Ensure that all records and test reports/forms are completed
progressively.
•Ensure all ISO & Quality Procedures are implemented and followed.

•Making feasibility study for the factory, Developing quality control system
•Establishing planned maintenance schedules for each item of process plant and equipment
•Availability of suitably trained / qualified personnel
•Reviewing & Approving all production orders, materials requests, progress reports, and maintenance requests forms.
