Administrative tasks:-
- Daily Core Devices Health check status. For Core, Distribution Switches, Firewalls and
WLC..etc.
- Handover to next shift.
- ServiceNow (Open, Resolve and Escalating incident & Service requests tickets).
- Following third party sub-contractors of customer.
- Inventory.
- Different tasks related to documents and reference.
*- Created real map for all "IDF" location for Air-Side and Land-Side.
*- Established "SITA-Learn" for Creating tutorial videos for the team as a reference.
Technical:-
- Monitoring by Cisco Prime Infraistracture & IP Monitor Solarwinds.
- Basic configuration of network devices.
- Switches Backup.
- Install, Configure and testing the UPS Buttery.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Testing Fiber and UTP cable by Fluke and UTP tester.
Incidents:-
- Device unreachable to the network.
- Port channel down.
- Port flapping.
- Port security violation.
- CPU and Interface utilization.
- Environment temprature issue.
- Fiber cut "Passive issue"
- Water leakage issues.
- Power outage.
- etc..
Servies Request:-
- Adding /Replacing the devices in the network.
- Interfaces Auditing.
- Site servuy.
- etc..
