Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external customers to identify, describe and analyze core business processes and workflows
-Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness
-Define and describe business and process requirements; apply “use cases” to help all stakeholders consistently understand their needs; facilitate requirements prioritization with the process owners.
-Identifying issues and risks
-Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
-Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
In Customer Services, including responsibility for the following tasks:
- Working for an organization to promote customer care.
- Helping customers to resolve their queries.
- Part of a team sent to countries such as Turkey, Jordan, Syria, and Morocco for workshops to teach our customers how to use the facilities of the Company, as well as encouraging new customers to work with us.
