- Providing support for yearly budgeting process, according to company guidelines and objectives, collecting data from internal sources “departments, senior management” and external sources “HQ, vendors”
- Forecasting Based on YTD results; timey updating budget with achieved results to produce a latest forecast at the end of each session
- Elaborate and discuss with management on weekly and monthly reporting
- Developing analyses and interpretations of statistical and accounting information in order to evaluate profitability as well as performance against budget. These analyses involve total P&L, brands, SKU, customers, and line of business
- Managing month end closing, accruals for trade programs, calculating and preparing adjusting entries and managing monthly reporting procedures and variance analyses
- Preparing analyses for Return on Investment for specific initiatives, promotions or new products.
- Performing trade programs’ evaluations by customer and channel
- Supervising the application of appropriate accounting standards and cost center analysis and expenses’ allocation
- With the finance team collecting and presenting information, providing guidance for internal and external auditors, helping audit teams to determine and apply appropriate audit tests and procedures to reach accurate results and productive feedback
- Developing and maintaining price structures, observing and enhancing profitability margins.
- Monitoring and observing stock levels and stock coverage along with supply chain and marketing teams to maintain healthy stock levels and linking promotional needs and promotions’ evaluations to stock levels.

- Preparing the consolidated financial statements consisting of 13 subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS.
- Supervising the issuance of subsidiaries’ standalone financials to insure consistency and proper disclosure among all subsidiaries’ financials as well as solving problems and handling any conflicts or debates that might arise in that course.
- Liaising with audit offices and coordinating with audit teams to insure timely issuance of year-end consolidated and standalone financials.
- Preparing group reconciliation of all subsidiaries to insure accurate eliminations of the consolidation and to help manage group relations with external related parts.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, segmental and on demand group performance reports and financial position reports as required by management and third parties.
- Assisted in upgrading the group monthly reporting system through adding profitability analysis and variance investigation reports.
- Reporting to group top management (C. F. O.).
- Providing guidelines and following up on 40 Waseet branches and other subsidiaries, businesses and activities located in MENA, Europe and Africa for consistent and timely reports’ delivery and for proper IFRS presentation of financial statements.
- Following up on group internal audit reports to insure that the comments of the group internal auditor have been met with proper care and that necessary actions were taken to avoid future comments.
- Keeping the books of the holding company, updating various investment accounts and recording partners’ related transactions and settlements.

- Reporting to top management (Group financial controller).
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements consisting of 13 subsidiaries.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, segmental and on demand group performance and financial position reports.
- Contacting and dealing with audit offices, and coordinating with audit teams.
- Following up on 40 Waseet branches and many other companies, businesses and activities located in MENA, Europe and Africa.

- Responsible for preparing productivity reports - weekly, monthly & on demand.
- Reconciling related parties’ current accounts.
- Issuing invoices & reporting on receivables and aging.
- Revising cashier entries & making necessary adjustments.
- Posting journal vouchers to the accounting system.
