- Developing Compensation and Benefits Schemes, which include calculating the cost for each benefit, and developing a benchmark report to increase management buy-in, allocating budget, developing policy, and monitoring benefits efficiency through utilization report and satisfaction surveys.
- Managing Performance Management Cycle from setting objective to mid-year reviews and final appraisal and calibration.
- Developing ministry’s organization structure which include: developing function and positional structure and drafting job description and job evaluation for each position
- Focal point for manpower planning yearly exercise, which include reviewing departments strategies and resources needed and their headcount cost
- Part of the HR transformation project team, I was involved from the RFP writing to evaluating vendors proposals, to be responsible to ensure delivering all deliverables related to OD (Structures, Job Descriptions, Job Families, Career Paths) Manpower planning and rewards streams.

- Participated in change management Implementation for a government entity’s transformation initiative and new identity.
- Build a new department, with identifying its value chain, process and functional / positional structure
- Participated in establishing HR department for a semi government entity, I was focusing on developing the rewards philosophy and HR policy and procedures.
Tasks:
- Managing the recruitment cycle from receiving requests to sourcing and conducting the interviews, and negotiating job offers.
- Meeting with the departments to discuss current recruitment requests and any needed actions to take.
- Generating weekly report to ensure all the activities are recorded and analyzed.
Achievement:
- Created and delivered recruitment satisfaction survey.
- Develop Internship Program (CO-OP - Summer Training) with universities and colleges.
- Manage the onboarding of trainees and ensure the calculating and submission of the trainee salaries.
- Evaluating the trainees by the end of their training program.
- Ensure job descriptions are created and updated through communicating with stakeholders to get the updates once jobs are created or changed.
- Ensure job analysis reports are updated for the HR management on weekly and monthly basis.
- Identifying job weight through job evaluation for all the position and keep it updated with new changes.
Tasks:
- Meet with department heads to discuss current structure and manpower recruitment plan.
- Focus on hiring Saudi candidates to maintain high level of nationalization rate.
- CV’s Shortlisting, arranging and conducting interviews.
- Negotiating and preparing job offers.
- Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and logs.
- Developing current recruitment processes and recruitment automation options, and ensure meeting the agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
Other HR Activities:
- Conducting hearings with employees in Disciplinary and Grievance Cases.
- Preparing ER letters (Warning, Dismissal, Deduction, Counseling).
- Preparing, conducting and analyzing employee engagement survey.
- Conducting exit interview with the resigning employees.
- Answering employees HR questions through (phone, email, verbally).
- Analyzing employee’s inquiries and requests.
- Preparing and announcing company internal news (related to HR).
- Handling employees offers (Jobs Perks).
