1 Ensure to implement a clear definition of project controls for planning, cost and material control.

11 Control and alarm projects budget and alarm for any over run for the budget.
12 Prepare prefeasibility study, financial plan, revenue, risk analysis, project forecast and cash flow.
13 Conduct commercial due diligence on investment opportunities.
14 Establish and promote good working relations with his team, the project staff and the customer.
