Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain
• Responsible for procurement operations for the Entities within Emirates Group/dnata
• Source vendors
• Establish agreements with suppliers (Contracts)
• Negotiations with high value commodities
• Maintain & manage contracts over 100 million USD spend
• Identify cost savings
• Ad-hoc requests
• Analyze data to support in negotiations
• Handling a team of buyers & approving LPO’s
• Tender process for major contracts/projects
• Troubleshoot problems & challenges that may come up during procurement operations
• Provide support to finance for budgeting
• Sourcing of Vendors
• Raw Material procurement
• Vendor Management
• Tendering for contracts/projects
• Provide expertise/facilities to procure materials for other departments
• Facilities Management activities (Fit out, maintenance, IT)
• Creating Contracts
• Creating LPO's
• Annual vendor reviews
• Invoicing queries (work closely with Accounts Dept.)

• Procuring/Sourcing of Vendors (Criteria, bidding war, reliable)
