Position: Offshore Java Consultant
- Part of the offshore development team to decommission the TIBCO software application used by the client and replace it with the latest technologies using Java 11, Spring Boot, Microservices, Gradle, JUnit, Test Automation, Jenkins, SonarQube, GITHUB, etc.
- Analyzed the TIBCO flow of several processes calling different SOAP requests endpoints. Based on the results of the analysis, it will then be translated to Java code implementation.
- Participated in code reviews and approval of GITHUB pull requests, to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Coordinated with the onshore team daily for team resync, overall status and discuss impediments if there are any.
- Practiced Agile Scrum throughout the duration of the project, and implemented several sprint activities including sprint planning, sprint daily stand-up, sprint demo and sprint retrospective.


Client: Calabrio, USA
Position: Offshore Consultant
- Part of the offshore development team to support and enhance the existing applications used by Calabrio which consists of Java, Node.JS, React.JS, AWS Lambda.
- The offshore development team role was to influence the client to adapt the team’s development environment and agile methodologies practices.
- Coordinated with the onshore team daily for team resync, overall status and discuss impediments if there are any.
- Practiced Agile Scrum throughout the duration of the project, and implemented several sprint activities including sprint planning, sprint daily stand-up, refinement activities, etc.

Client: RACV (Royal Automobile Club of Victoria), Australia
Position: Offshore Java Heroku Lead
- Designed and developed a spring boot java application hosted in Heroku platform which was integrated to Salesforce applications.
- This includes the OAuth 2.0 authentication in the spring boot java application in order to trigger and consume the Salesforce platform events/change data capture.
- JSON parsing of the Salesforce external objects using java mapping third library parties, for persistence of the external objects to Heroku POSTGRES table.
- Created a database migration Using Liquibase for the Heroku Postgres table.
- Coordinated with the onshore team daily for team resync, overall status, gathering of requirements and discuss impediments.
- Participate in peer code reviews through Bitbucket, to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Helped with the configuration and deployment of the Spring Boot Java application through Azure pipeline CI/CD.
- Provided help with documentations regarding requirements through Atlassian confluence page.

Client: QBE Insurance, Australia
Position: Project Development Lead
- Coordinated directly with the client to gather, review, and analyze project requirements. Review and analyzed business/functional requirements documents.
- Provided estimates in hours for the development effort with regards to the client’s requests.
- Performed coding and development of requests and tasks. Performed code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Managed the junior developer’s work throughout the sprint to ensure that deliverables is on time and within budget.
- Facilitated the daily scrum standup meeting for offshore, provide technical assistance to junior team developers if there are blockers.
- Responsible for code merging and deployment of codes to Development, QA, BA, User and Production environments.

Client: Accenture SFDC (Salesforce Dot Com), Philippines
Position: Project Development Lead
- Acted as the Project Manager of an internal Salesforce project. The project is an online school application which includes enrollment, registration, taking classes, taking exams, grades, computation, etc.
- The project is intended to be a product for colleges, universities and schools especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was showcased to the executives of Accenture SFDC.
- Oversees the progress of the project through Trello, and coordinates with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, BAs, Testers, and the Developers.

- Core group member of an agile team, that is responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Cargospot software product. Which is an airline booking, pricing and revenue accounting software product that caters to Cathay Pacific as the client.
- Helped enhanced the companys software product through code refactoring for re-usability and to provide a more maintainable codebase.
- Helped the QA team in test execution and in creating test case scenarios using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Participated in daily scrum, sprint planning performed, sprint retrospective and sprint review with the team and daily interactions with the foreign (UK, Singapore) counterparts.

- Served as a core group member in designing and developing web application for CloudFX client from ground up, whose goal is to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing in Enterprises and Services Providers.
- Led and handled 3 members of the development team during the maintenance phase of the CloudFX project. Designed solutions, tested, and deployed the new requirements by the client for the web application in the AWS cloud.
