** MY biggest enhancement was recording and documenting all the flaws in the daily activates & general operations and exploring any improvement opportunities in addition to document all the suggestion from all levels of employees and making report for the upper management reflecting how Overcoming these flaws and improvement opportunities would affect the profitability, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
