Served as a frontline staff to oversee and facilitate all aspects related to passengers pre-boarding passes stage in accordance with RJ and QAIA SOPs. • Ensured delivering quality services to passengers in terms of assisting, responding and handling their needs, inquiries and concerns regarding boarding, check-in, visas and other documents. • Tackled issues such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding in coordination with the supervisor. • Managed all passengers flight-related data on the central airport operational database (AODB) accurately and efficiently in a real-time environment. • Verified and checked documents such as passports, visas, health insurance and other documents. • Assisted in verifying fake passports and visas and liaised with Airport security officers as per the international guidelines. • Responsible for RJ U.S. flights services as per the above TORs. • Undertook various administrative duties delegated by Airport Services supervisor including attending various meetings as directed to ensure RJ interests and requirements are appropriately represented at such meetings.
