Responsibilities:
o Monitor and support the CMS and E-Notary application of the Ministry of Justice.
o Analysis and Interpreting MOJ requirements into highly specified project briefs.
o Provide appropriate training to all system users inside and outside courts.
o Maintain all networking components such as cabling, switches and fix any problems that might arise during the working hours.
o Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of scanners, printers and any other required devices.

o Built and established the work environment for the E-Notary Department in Sharjah Court.
o Managed the workflow and Planned Accordingly to develop the working environment.
o Provided Scheduled Seminar for the Lawyers and Public Users for the proper use of Notary Application.
o Prepared and provided training materials (PowerPoint and Videos) to the Lawyers and the public Users.
o Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
o Install computer hardware, OS and standard applications installations and support.
o Train and coach users regarding effective use of computer software and hardware in windows environments.
