• Develop Legal, Technical, Financial and HR Authorities and Responsibilities Matrices.
• Manage the Recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement Performance Appraisal four times per year for 1, 700 employees at RAII and all its subsidiaries around the world.
• Develop Policies and Procedures Manual for 44 titles at RAII and the projects in Sudan & Egypt.
• Assess the Culture and Change Resistance could happen between the current and new employees from other nationalities and cultures in the projects.
