Project : Greater Beirut water supply tunnel and transfer lines

- Design and create project scope and temporary facilities layout and detail drawings for construction.

- Prepare reinforcement details, bar bending sc hedules (BBS) in accordance with project sta ndards and specifications and bill of materia ls (BOM).

- Prepare method statements of works in coordination with Constr uction while complying with project enforced standards and specifications.

- Evaluate review a nd finalize shop drawings prepared by the CAD operators and process for approval of Consulting.

- Coordinate with other departments e.g. construction and raise RFI's to concern and follow-up. Handle all job related correspondence.

Project: Summerland hotel & resort project, Lebanon

- Maintain communication and coordination among contractors, consultants and clients.

- Manage and follow up on daily basis main site activities with site engineers.

- Insure that the project complies with specifications and requirements approved by consultants and owner.

- Track and review project schedule though weekly meetings with project manager and contractors.

- Review shop drawings, Variation orders, Design queries and all other documents received from contractors before sending to the consultant.

- Evaluate design changes and their effects on project schedule

- Problem-solving for pending civil issues with the cooperation of contractors.
