- Provides a comprehensive analysis of the total retail market and the segment where the brand is included as basis for the developmental plans for the products and for distribution expansions in markets.
- Creates yearly Advertising plan, allocating the budget to the different available ATL/BTL advertising tools, according to seasonality and manages the entire brand group of the company.

- Responsible for the development of the Marketing Plans of assigned brands and the conceptualization of brand strategies and tactical plans over a certain time frame - Conducts market research and analysis of necessary market information like market size, trends, prices, developments, competition, consumer profile and needs - Develops pricing schemes and strategies for the trade and consumers - Initiates the advertising activities for the brands and cascades this to the advertising agencies for execution. This includes the communication strategies (message and how to effectively deliver the message to the target audience).
Brand Manager 2002-2004 (2years)
- Executes development of new products or in the modification of existing products (regarding packaging sizes and designs, product forms, formulation, variants, flavors, etc…), with the coordination of the R&D Department of the company. - Develops trade and consumer promotions of the handled brands and products - Development of merchandising materials e.g. posters, shelf-talkers, danglers, wobblers, display stands, etc.
