Responsibilities are to develop Alternate Distribution Channel (Bancatakaful), build and enhance relationship with Banks and promote Salama Takaful in Banking/ Financial industries. Develop and implement marketing strategies including all ATL/ BTL & promotional activities, handling and coordinating with advertising agency, coordinating with Branch offices in order to provide all kind of marketing support. Develop Bancatakaful products to fulfill the need of Islamic bank’s customer and to enhance company revenue through Bancatakaful, provide training to sales staff about Islamic Finance/ Takaful to improve sales volume. Conduct research and highlight new areas for generating sales volume.
Reporting to MD and Head of Marketing & Sales. Responsibilities are to develop alternate distribution channels (Bancatakaful)/ Banca assurance for promoting Takaful Business, Analysis the market trend, Product development as per the current market as well as Bank’s requirement. Coordination with Banks for developing new products related to Bancatakaful, Official Trainer for Takaful and Islamic finance. ATL/ BTL activities; include establishing Corporate Marketing Strategies, Marketing Plan, responsible for product launch. Prepare yearly media plan, advertising budget as a part of marketing strategy also implement advertising and media campaigns, monitor the performance of a team of more than 60 Sales Executives and cash & carry agents all over Pakistan. Promote Takaful concept in Local industry, conduct meeting with prospective clients. Dealing with major Banks for Bancatakaful (Bank assurance) products. Responsibly for all Alternate Distribution Channels activities. Give presentation at different forum/ clients of Takaful/ Islamic finance.
I was member of advisory committee for formulating Electronic Media Policy, worked as number two in Sindh Region, responsible for Marketing activities to create awareness regarding media regulation, Coordination with Satellite Channels, revenue generation through selling Satellite TV, FM Radio and Cable TV license. Recovery of out standings, in charge for enforcement activities in Sindh Region. Responsible for enforcement of approved government media policy in the region.
Gained extensive experience in customer relationship management, responsible to finalized weekly and sales promotions campaign, successfully completed all departmental certificates exam.
