RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:-

• Oversee construction work to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and
procedures.
• Ensure that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract
documents and good engineering practices.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Assist in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
• Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including
project costs and potential changes.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and the consultant and weekly co-
ordination meetings with the client and other contractors.
• Established strong relationship with the client “Red Sea Global”, leading to increased
referrals and Variations and long-term Partnership with Red Sea Global.
• Successfully implement green building practices to Align with Project sustainability goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client “Red Sea Global” and team members,
providing update and resolve issues.

NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL- NEW MEGA BUS STATION

• Oversaw construction activity to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Ensured 95% of project milestones were met ahead of schedule while adhering to safety
standards.
• Completed the project successfully within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provided technical advice and guidance to a team of 250, including design, construction,
structural repairs, and program modifications.
• Provided technical support to the Project Manager.
• Identified potential risks and implemented strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and the consultant and weekly co-

AXIS OF RECONSTRUCTION BRIDGES

MILITARY OFFICER’S CLUB IN NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL • Successfully managed the construction of the military officer’s club ensuring timely
completion and adherence to design specifications.
• Conducted regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of
work.
• Developed and implemented project plans, schedules and budget to ensure timely
completion.
• Coordinated with multidisciplinary teams including technical office, planning, MEP, Safety
and procurement to meet project objectives.
• Reviewed engineering designs, technical drawings and project documentation.
• Finished all the civil and the architectural work

Military of Defense, New capital of Egypt.

• Participated in the execution of 4 tunnels that linking the Octagon buildings together.
• Prepared and presented reports to the public, including those on environmental impact, property descriptions and bid proposals.
• Identified environmental risks and developed strategies for handling them on each project, reducing loss risks by 45%.
